Like few pizzerias anywhere, we make two styles of authentic Italian pizza: Neapolitan, which is the traditional round, thin dough with a high crust and shareable for 2 people and Roman, which is super-thin, rectangular and shareable for 2-3 people. Both start with hand-made dough, house mozzarella, and Italian tomatoes. If you want the classic, get the Regina Margherita. If you want to see why people drive across town, get the Black Truffle, which the Dallas Observer picked as a top 40 must-eat in DFW. The Hot Honey with pepperoni and sausage may be the best pizza you have ever had.
We didn’t just bring our pizza oven over from Naples, Italy. We brought the whole Italian food kitchen. Generations of gastronomical creations that have won their fair share of accolades back home. Weekend brunch is an option on Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 3pm. Think Nutella French toast, breakfast pizza, the brunch panino, and our weekend special, $3 mimosas. The dinner menu is also available during brunch hours.
