Our commitment
Olivella’s Pizza & Wine wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people with disabilities. We are working to make olivellas.com easy to use for as many people as possible, whether you browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, voice controls, or other assistive tools.
The standard we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, Level AA. These are the guidelines most widely used to judge whether a website is accessible, and they are the standard referenced in most accessibility cases in the United States. Meeting them helps make our site work for people with a wide range of needs, including low vision, blindness, hearing loss, and limited movement.
What we are doing
We review our site for accessibility as we build and update it. This includes checking things like text contrast, headings and page structure, labels on forms and buttons, image descriptions, and keyboard navigation. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we keep improving the site over time.
Known limitations
We are being honest about the parts of the site that may not be fully accessible yet:
Some of our menus are shared as PDF files, which can be harder to read with a screen reader. If you have trouble with a menu, call the location nearest you and a team member will read it to you or take your order by phone.
Some ordering and delivery is handled on other companies’ websites and apps. Those platforms control their own accessibility, so we cannot promise they meet the same standard.
Some pages include maps, social media feeds, or other content from outside providers. We do not control how accessible those tools are.
